Configuring New E-mail Accounts in Outlook Express
Many people have found that it helps to print this page out and use it as a step-by-step reference while setting up their email account.
If you prefer for someone to help you set up your email account please feel free to call. Generally in less than 5 minutes you will be
checking your email.

or click on your Start button, then
go to Programs, then to the Internet

done you should be able to click on Tools

menu that drops down.
