Adding Additional Email Accounts

Many times you may want to add an additional email address for a family member. The "Unlimited Plan" for Dial Up users and high speed plans all include at least 8 email accounts so that family members or other authorized users can have their own personal, private email address. The instructions below provide the neccesary steps to create such an address on the server. This step should be done prior to trying to use the new email address. Once this step is complete your computer will need to be configured to use the additional address.

To add more email addresses please visit the VisionSix Account Management Website and login with your username and password.

Once logged in to the account management area you will see "Email Maintenance" on the menu on the left side. Click it.

Next, click "Add a new email account". It is above any Email Accounts you already have with VisionSix.
Once you have completed this task the new email address should be listed on the Email Management Page.

The email address is now created on the server. Please use a tutorial at the E-Mail support page to configure your computer to use this email address.
